People's Republic of China Supreme People's court civil judgment (2016) Supreme Law No. 613, has made a clear response to the dispute over the legal fees stipulated in the loan contract.
1, the plaintiff has realized its claim through litigation, and therefore paid the related expenses such as lawyers and lawsuits. According to the agreement of the loan contract involved in the case, the cost should be borne by the defendant.
